Sign your child in and out at the kiosk

At your child's center, you sign your child in at drop-off and out at pickup on the tablet by the door. You need your family's 6-digit code and a finger to sign with.

Who this is for

Parents, guardians and other adults the center has approved to drop off or collect a child.

Step 1 — Enter your code

On the kiosk, tap Parents and type your 6-digit code. If you do not have a code, ask the front desk.

Step 2 — Choose your child

The kiosk greets you by name and shows Select your child with your children. Tap the child you are dropping off or collecting.

Step 3 — Sign and confirm

Sign under Sign Here. Tap Clear to try again. Then tap Check-In at drop-off or Check-Out at pickup.

Your signature and the time are saved with your child's attendance. Staff see it right away, and it shows in your child's report for the day.

Troubleshooting

• "Code not recognized." Check the digits and try again. If it still fails, ask a staff member; they can sign your child in for you.
• Your child is not listed. Ask the front desk to check that your child is linked to your account.
• Someone else is collecting your child. Add them as an authorized pickup with the center first. The kiosk does not let an adult who is not on the list take a child.
