See your child's day at a glance

Modified on: Thu, Oct 29, 2026, 7:20 AM

Bloomz shows you your child's day as it happens: when they arrived, what they ate, naps, diaper changes, mood, notes and photos from the staff. At a school it also shows dismissal and other moments the school chooses to share.

Who this is for

Parents and guardians. You see your own children only.

At a childcare center

Step 1 — Find your child's card

Open Bloomz. At the top of your home screen is a card for each child, with the room name. It has the chips Today's report, Message the room and This week.

Step 2 — Open Today's report

Tap Today's report. You see the time your child arrived, then each entry the staff recorded, in order: meals with what was eaten, diaper changes, naps, mood, notes and photos. An incident report appears here too, with its status.

You only see entries the staff marked as visible to parents.

Step 3 — The daily report in your feed

Your Updates feed also has a Daily report card for your child, with counts such as Meal: 2, Diaper: 1 and Photos: 1. From it, tap See the full day, the This week in row for the room's plan, or Learning progress.

Step 4 — The daily summary notification

Bloomz also sends a Daily summary notification. Tap it in the bell to open the day.

At a school

Open your child's profile. The Today card shows arrived, current status and the dismissal stage once dismissal starts. Tap it for the full timeline: arrival, hall-pass moments, dismissal progress, behavior recognitions and clinic visits, grouped into morning, afternoon and dismissal. What appears is up to your school, module by module.

Shortly after dismissal, Bloomz sends a daily summary notification. Tapping it opens the same timeline.

Troubleshooting

  • The report is empty. The staff may not have recorded anything yet today, or the center does not use the care log.
  • You expected an entry that is not there. Staff can keep an entry staff-only. Ask the room's teacher with Message the room.
  • At a school, no summary arrived. It is sent around your child's dismissal. If your child left early, you may not get one, but the timeline is still there.
