1. iPhone App Purchase:

If you subscribed via the Bloomz iPhone app:

  • Cancel Through iPhone Settings:

    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Tap your name at the top to access Apple ID settings.
    3. Select Subscriptions.
    4. Choose the Bloomz subscription.
    5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

2. Android App Purchase:

If you subscribed via the Bloomz Android app:

  • Cancel Through Google Play Store:

    1. Open the Google Play Store app.
    2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
    3. Select Payments & subscriptions.
    4. Tap Subscriptions.
    5. Choose the Bloomz subscription.
    6. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

3. Desktop Purchase:

If you subscribed via the Bloomz website on a desktop:

  • Contact Bloomz Support:

    Please email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel my subscription." In your email, include:

    • Your Bloomz login email.
    • The plan you purchased.
