Check Your Email: Ensure you've received an email invitation from Bloomz. If it's not in your inbox, verify your spam or junk folders.
Verify Your Email Address: Confirm with your teacher that they have your correct email address. An incorrect email could result in you not receiving the invitation.
Notification Center: If you're already a Bloomz user, the invitation might appear in your Notification Center within the app. Look for a bell icon at the top right corner and check for any pending invitations.
Access Code: If you haven't received an email, ask your teacher if they can provide you with a Class Access Code (generic code). You can use this code to join the class directly.
Contact Support: If you've tried the above steps and still don't see the invitation, reach out to Bloomz support at [email protected] for further assistance.
