Sharing templates is a simple way to ensure consistency and streamline collaboration across your group. In this article, we’ll walk you through how to quickly and easily share a template with your colleagues—whether it’s a lesson plan, a communication post, or anything in between. Let’s make teamwork smoother!


Step #1: Create your template

    - Settings icon (gear wheel)

    - Edit Settings

    - Templates tab

    - + Template

    - Draft your template & Save


Step #2: Share your template

    - Navigate to your news feed and start to create a "post"

    - Click your "templates" tab


    - Locate the template from your list you want to share

    - Select the down arrow to the right side of that particular template 

    - Click "share with"

    - Click in the box next to "share with" to bring up a list of potential colleagues you wish to share this template with

    - Select the colleagues you wish to share this particular template with

    - Please note: you have the ability to allow these colleagues to "edit or delete", if neither are                 toggled on the template will act as a "copy"

    - The colleagues you have selected will appear in the box, then simply press "share"
