Getting Started with the Newsletter Studio Editor

The Newsletter Studio Editor allows you to create customized announcements, alerts, and group posts with templates and branding. Follow the steps below to enable and use it effectively.


Step 1: Enable the Studio Editor

  1. Go to your Group Settings page.

  2. Under the Features section, find and enable the “Newsletter Studio Editor.”

  3. Click Save Settings to activate the feature for your group or class.





Step 2: Create a New Post

  1. Click on the Create button.

  2. Choose your post type:

    • Announcement

    • Alert

    • Post

  3. Select your target group.

  4. The Studio Editor interface will open, where you can design your post.





Step 3: Customize Your Newsletter

You can either:

  • Start from a basic layout, or

  • Choose a pre-designed template from the list.

Then:

  • Edit the title, headers, and text blocks.

  • Update the logo and header image.

  • Customize text color and background color to suit your branding.

  • Click Save to store your changes.

Tip: Saving creates a new copy of the template that you can reuse or further edit later.








Step 4: Manage Templates

For each template you've created, you can:

  • Edit – Modify existing content.

  • Delete – Remove the template permanently.

  • Duplicate – Create a copy for variation or testing.

  • Share – Share with group members.

  • Use – Click on the template to start a new post with it.





Step 5: Publish

When you're ready:

  • Click the Post button to publish your content.

  • Your newsletter will be shared with the selected group members.





Additional Tips

  • Use the Duplicate option to create versioned newsletters quickly.

  • Keep branding consistent with custom logos and headers.

  • Preview your post before publishing to ensure everything looks perfect.
