This happens when you are logged into a different account than the one linked to the phone number receiving the texts.

You have two options to access the groups:

1. Merge Accounts: Contact your teacher or admin and ask them to merge your phone number account with the email account you are currently logged into.
2. Log in with Your Phone Number: Log out of your current account and log back in using the phone number receiving the texts.
