NOTE: Behavior reports are available with some Bloomz for Schools Premium subscriptions (not Teacher Premium). Administrators will be able to view a Behavior Report by Students to view the behavior awards and points given across the students in a community. This can be helpful for administrators and behavior coordinators to redeem student points or reward student point totals at the end of a quarter.



NOTE: The reporting dashboard is only available to view on the desktop version of Bloomz.


  • Click the community on the left navigation panel. Make sure you are on the feed and select the Reports tab. 
  • Click Interactions Reports tab to view the Interactions Reporting Dashboard.


  • Click on Filter by Groups.
  • Click Students in the top right-hand corner.


  • Click Select All in the top left corner to view the entire community, or click the circle next to the classroom(s)/group(s) you would like to view. 
  • Click Done in the top right hand corner when complete.


  • Click on Filter by Students. This will filter the awards and behaviors by the students.


  • Click Select All in the top left corner to view the entire reporting by all staff and administrators, or click the circle next to the students you would like to view. 
  • Click Done in the top right hand corner when complete.


  • Click on Filter by Date to sort by week, month, all time, or a custom date range.



You can view this data in two ways- Graph View and List View.


The Graph View is the default view. This graph will visualize the change over time. 



  • You can click on the Metric and Unit on the graphs to edit this view.
    • Metric: Choose to display the graph based on either the Awards or Positivity .
      • Interactio show the total number of awards students earned
      • Positivity is a percentage that shows the number of Good Job vs Needs Work awarded to the students.
    • Unit: Choose to show the data on a daily, weekly, or monthly trend line.


  • Below the graph, click on groups and/or students to compare data across classrooms and students in the community:



Click on the three lines icon to to see data in the List View.


  • At the top of this list, administrators can quickly view the total amount of awards given to students selected above, as well as the average Positivity percentage given across these selected students.
  • Click Group or Students headers to drill down into more detail across either the groups/classrooms or students.


  • The column headers can be clicked and sorted to sort the data quickly.


  • Click the Class or Students (individual student's name) to drill down and view related, detailed data and timelines.


  • Under the class or group, click on Timeline, Students, or Awards to see detail.
    • Timeline shows a timeline summary of Good Job and Needs Work awards.
    • Students show the student roster, total awards earned, and positivity percentage.
    • Awards show the awards given across the class.
