Administrators or teachers in a building might want to redeem student points earned by positive behavior, even if they are not directly a member of the classroom.
Follow these steps to redeem points for students in your community.
- Click on the school community from the left navigation menu.
- Click on the Manage icon.
- Select the Students tab. Search for the student using the search bar or filtering by clicking All Groups. Click on the student.
- Click View Profile.
- Click the + icon in the lower left-hand corner.
- Select Interactions.
- Click Options in the lower left hand corner.
- Select Redeem Points.
- Input the points needing to be redeemed. Click Redeem to save.
- You will see the message Points redeemed successfully.
