A student's interactions screen may appear blank due to the following reasons:

  • The student profile is not part of the class.

    • Contact the class teacher for assistance.
  • The student profile is not defaulted to the correct class.

    • Click on your child's name under "Timelines."
    • Click on the class name on the right side.
    • You will see the class list.
    • Select the correct class to view the behavior.
  • The student has duplicate profiles in the class, and you are viewing the wrong profile.

    • Contact the class teacher to verify and resolve duplicate profiles.

If none of the above apply and you are still seeing a blank interactions screen for the student, please contact [email protected] with the subject "Interactions not displayed" for
