A student's interactions screen may appear blank due to the following reasons:
The student profile is not part of the class.
- Contact the class teacher for assistance.
The student profile is not defaulted to the correct class.
- Click on your child's name under "Timelines."
- Click on the class name on the right side.
- You will see the class list.
- Select the correct class to view the behavior.
The student has duplicate profiles in the class, and you are viewing the wrong profile.
- Contact the class teacher to verify and resolve duplicate profiles.
