Do you want to have more control over who is joining your class? Bloomz allows you to verify parents who are using the Class Access Code to join your class.


  • Click the name of your class under the Classes label in the left navigation tray
  • Click the Access Code Key symbol in the cover photo
  • Click For Parents
  • In the Parent Access Code screen, turn on the option to manually approve each request to join





 


If a parent tries to join your class using your Class Access Code  -

  • You will see a Verification request in your notifications which has the name of the parent/email address
  • You can choose to Verify / Decline
  • Clicking Approve will allow that parent to have access to your class
  • Clicking Decline will remove that parent from your class ( He/ she cannot have access)



You can also see the Verifications Requests in  -

  • Navigate to your classroom
  • Tap Members
  • In the Members tab click Verification request(s)
  • You will see the list of parents who are trying to join your class
  • You can choose to Verify / Decline their request.
  • Choosing Tickmark will allow that parent to have access to your class
  • Choosing Crossmark will remove that parent from your class ( He/ she cannot have access)
