Teacher/Admin Controls to Monitor Student-Student Communication  

Bloomz gives you control to determine if students can comment on posts, submit portfolios, etc., There are three levels of engagement accesses for you to control for student interaction with Bloomz:

Student Permissions

• Click on your class in the left menu 
• Click Settings wheel icon on the top of the class page 
• Click Class/Group Settings
• Click Permissions

Allowing Student to View Portfolio of other Students:

• Click on Allow Student to view portfolio of other students?
• Toggle On/Off depending on appropriate use of interactions between students 

Allowing Student to Comment on Posts:

• Click on the Allow Students to Comment?
• Choose one of the options 
  • No 
  • Yes with Moderation 
  • Yes without Moderation 
• Click Done

Allowing Student to Submit to their portfolio:

• Click on the Allow students to submit portfolios?
• Choose one of the options 
  • No 
  • Yes with Moderation 
  • Yes without Moderation 
• Click Done
