Export all of your center's data

Download everything your center keeps in Bloomz in one file: children and families, health records, attendance, the care log, incidents, medication, staff, billing, forms, photos and videos, and conversations with families.

Who this is for

Center admins only.

Step 1 — Open Data export

Open your center, select the gear (Settings), then Data export.

Step 2 — Start the export

1. Select Export all center data.
2. Read the warning: the file holds personal information, and its download link works for 7 days.
3. Type your center's name in Type the center name to confirm, then select Start export.

Step 3 — Download it

Your export is listed under Previous exports. Filter with In progress, Ready, Failed and Expired. When it is ready, download it within 7 days.

Watch out: keep the file somewhere safe. It holds children's health and family details.
