An admin can restore a suspended member  (parent/ staff/ student) by following these steps -

  • Click on the school name in the left menu 
  • Click the Manage icon on the top 
  • Click Students or Parents or Staff
  • Select the suspended member 
  • Click on the Restore on the right side 
  • Click Yes in the Are you sure want to restore? dialog
  • Check for the "Restored successfully!" message
