To unsuspend a member in Bloomz, follow these steps:

  1. Access Your School: Click on your school's name in the left-hand menu.
  2. Open Management Panel: Click the "Manage" icon at the top.
  3. Select Member Type: Choose the appropriate category—Students, Parents, or Staff.
  4. Locate Suspended Member: Find and select the member you wish to unsuspend.
  5. Unsuspend Member: Click "Unsuspend User" on the right side.
  6. Confirm Action: In the confirmation dialog, click "Yes."


A message stating "Unsuspended successfully!" will confirm the action. Please note that only school administrators have the authority to suspend or unsuspend members.
