If you are an administrator or teacher and have invited members to a group or class via email/phone number, the members need to go to their emails and text messages to accept this invite.
If these members are asking for a "group code" or a "class code", they are most likely
- Clicking +Class/Group in the App:
- Clicking "Join a class/group", which is asking them for an access code.
It is recommended that IF you have invited members via an email address and/or phone number, that they go to the original email/text message to "Join" the group.
TIP: If a member is already a Bloomz user, he or she can simply accept the invitation located by clicking the bell icon in the top-right hand corner of the app.
