Parents will receive notifications via text, email, push, and/or in-app, depending on their notification preferences. They can then proceed to submit the health check form.

  1. Parents might see a reminder via text, push notification, email, or in-app notification, depending on notification preferences. 
  2. Log into Bloomz. Click on the red badge in the Notification center (bell icon). 
  3. Upon clicking the bell icon, parents will see the Health Check Submission request. Click Submit Now.
  4. Parents will answer a Yes or a No for each symptom, and then click Save in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
