NOTE: WE RESOLVED THIS WITH THE NEW UPDATE. Learn more

With the latest update to iOS (11), some iPhone users are experiencing issues uploading pictures to their classroom. We have identified this issue and working on a solution (iOS 11 introduced a new default Photo format called HEIC - This format is NOT compatible with Bloomz until we introduce an upcoming version which will address this conversion).

In the meantime, here are two alternatives you can take to sharing photos in your classroom:

1. BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY PHOTOS TAKEN AFTER YOU MAKE THIS SETTINGS CHANGE WILL UPLOAD:
From iPhone Settings > Camera > Formats > choose "Most Compatible"
At this point, our app will be able to upload any new photos taken from the phone.

   2. What about photos already taken in the HEIC format? We have a good solution for this. Bloomz already supports Share Extension. This means, start with your Photos app on iPhone, then select the photos you want to share with Bloomz, click "Share with" and then select Bloomz. Now iOS will automatically convert those files into JPG files that are now supported for you to share to Bloomz.
