    • Request the teacher to invite your email to the class to regain access.
  2. You Are Not Connected to the Other Child's Profile in the Class:

    • Contact the teacher or admin and inform them that you are not receiving updates like interactions or portfolio updates. They can add you to the child's profile in the class.
  3. You Muted the Teacher of the Other Child:

    • Check if you have muted the teacher by clicking on their name in the class updates.
    • If muted, click Unmute to start receiving updates again.
