To target recipients based on various attributes Bloomz introduced the new RECIPIENT FILTERS feature. Admins can create these filters on the go or pre-create them to refer to them in the future. These filters can be stacked to allow the combination of attributes for filtering the recipients.
Creating Recipient Filters
Editing or Deleting Recipient Filters
Creating Recipient Filters: To create the Recipient Filters please follow these steps -
Click on the school
Click Create
Click Post
Select the School Name
Click on the Select Filter: Select drop-down
Click +New Recipient Filter
Click on the drop-down Please Select a Property
Select from the list of properties provided (PS: SIS ID is student ID or teacher ID, Parents for children SIS Id - only student ID's)
Now Click on the drop-down Please Select an Operator
Select from the list of operators provided (PS: the list of operators changes based on the property selected)
(When the SIS ID property is selected with the operator "In List", a comma-separated list of SIS Id's should be entered in the third field" )
("Is Set" means a value exists "Is Not Set" means no value is set for that property or it is set to Null)
Now Click on the third field and enter the value or select from the list of values provided. (PS: the third field will become a text field or a drop-down with a list of values based on the role and the operator you chose)
Click Save (PS: Once you select the third value you will see the results of the criteria you chose)
Enter the name in the Recipient List Name
Click Save
The Recipient filter name will show in the Select Filter drop-down now
Click Next to compose the post and send it to the desired recipients

Click on the school
Click Create
Click Post
Select the School Name
Click on the Select Filter: Select drop-down
Select the Recipient Filter Name you want to Edit or Delete
Click Edit or Delete icon
