As an administrator of a Bloomz for Schools Premium account, you might want to group and organize your health form questions under categories. For example, you might want a category of questions directly for a student/staff member and also a category of questions that relate to a family member. In a Bloomz for Schools Premium account, an administrator can easily add these in the school community.

• Click on the school community in the left navigation menu. Click the Settings tool icon at the top of the screen.
• Select Edit Settings.

• Click on the Health tab.

• Scroll to the bottom of your form. Click Add Category.

• Input a Short Code, or a brief summary of the category, and then type the longer Category description. Click Save.
  

• You will be required to add at least one new health question under this category to save it. Click Add Health Question. Click Done when complete.
