Ability to print as PDF is in our roadmap for development, but you can still print your class posts, parent instant messages, or class messages, by logging in to the app on your desktop browser and doing Browser Print.
To Print all the Posts made to your class:
Launch the app on your desktop browser
Click on the class in the left menu
While you are on Home feed, make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom to until you load all your posts.
In your Chrome browser, click File> Print.
You will see the print preview and you can print all the posts in the Home feed (made to your entire class)
To Print all the Posts made to a Parent:
Launch the app on your desktop browser
Click on the class in the left menu
Go to Members tab
Click on the Parent
Parent Profile screen shows up, scroll all the way down to load all the posts you made to the parent
In your Chrome browser, click File> Print.
You will see the print preview and you can print all the posts you made to that parent alone
To Print the Message threads:
Launch the app on your desktop browser
Click on the Message thread in the right
Scroll to load all the messages in the thread
Click Options
Click Print
You will see the print preview and you can print all the messages in that Message thread
To Print events added to your calendar:
Click on the event in the Calendar
Click Options
Click Print
To Print the Calendar :
Go to the Calendar Tab
Click Settings icon on the top
Click Print This Page
To Print the Parent-Teacher Conference Schedule:
Click on the Conference schedule in the Sign Ups tab
Click Options
Click Print as PDF
To print the Volunteer Sign Up sheet:
Click on the Volunteer Request in the Sign Ups tab
Click Options
Click Print
To print the Members list of your class/ group:
Click on the class in the left menu
Click on the Manage Icon on the top
Click Parents tab
Scroll to load all the parents
Click Settings icon on the top
Click Print This Page
