A user cannot undelete a message in the app, once deleted.
The only way to recover a deleted message is by emailing support@bloomz.com. Email them with the following information:
- Names of the people in the message thread
- Text in the Message or a Screenshot.
PS: However, recovering a deleted message is available only for the School Premium and Teacher Premium customers.
