To edit the Time Slots (add new time slots, delete existing ones, add another date) of the conference follow these steps:
- Click on the Class name in the left navigation tray
- Click on Signups in the Updates tab
- Click Options
- Click Edit option from the list of choices
- Choose Slots option
- Click Add More Dates and select the dates in the date picker
- Click Trash icon across the time slot that needs to be deleted
- Click Add Another Opening to add additional slots to the screen
- Click Save
- Notify Invitees? dialog is seen
- Clicking Yes - will send a notification to the invitees
- Clicking No - will not send any notification to the invitees
- Successfully updated! message will be seen
