The Secure Document Delivery (SDD) feature in Bloomz allows administrators to securely distribute personalized documents (such as report cards or official notices) to families—without manual file splitting or email chains. SDD ensures privacy, accuracy, and compliance with data security regulations (e.g., FERPA).

Step-by-Step Instructions

✅ Step 1: Upload a Document

Upload a multi-page PDF that contains multiple students' information (e.g., class report cards).

Step 2: Define Student Identifiers

During the setup, highlight the area of the document that contains the student’s unique identifier (name or ID number).
This helps Bloomz automatically detect and separate each student’s section correctly.

Step 3: Auto-Matching

Bloomz will:

  • Split the document by student using the identifier

  • Match each section with the corresponding student in your roster

No manual matching required.

Step 4: Customize Messaging (Optional)

Add a personalized message to accompany each document—just like a mail merge.
This message appears with the secure document link when delivered.

Step 5: Schedule the Delivery

Use Smart Scheduling to control when documents go out:

  • Set an exact date and time

  • Choose delivery channels: App Push, Email, SMS, or Voice Call

  • Enable in-app replies for clarification or follow-up

  • Optionally integrate with SFTP to auto-pull documents from your district server

Step 6: Secure Delivery
