If you see that none of the parents signed up for the conference you created OR if a parent says that they did not get the invite to sign up for a conference, please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

1. Click on the conference in the calendar
2. Click Options in the top right of the conference details screen
3. Click Invite More People
4. Select the parents who are not invited
5. Click Done.
