Did you forget your password? No worries! Follow these steps to get a new password so you can proceed with your Sign In.




On Browser



  • Click Sign In.


  • Click Sign In.
  • Next to Forgot Password? Click Click here link.


  • Input Email Address (One you used while creating the account).
  • Click Request New Password.


  • You should receive an email and/or a text message with a temporary password. It will look similar to the ones below. Copy the temporary password.


  • Return to app.bloomz.com and sign into your account using the temporary password. Once you sign in, you will be asked to change your password and click Save.




On Phone App


  • Launch Bloomz app.
  • Click Sign In in the landing screen.


  • Click Forgot Password link below the Sign In button.


  • Input Email Address  (One you used while creating the account).
  • Click Request New Password.
